For primary level teaching (classes 1 to 5), candidates must have passed 10+2 with at least 50% marks along with a Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed), Basic Training Certificate (BTC), or an equivalent qualification. B.Ed holders are also eligible under the revised norms.

Eligibility for Upper Primary Level
