The update facility is available on the official RRB website and requires candidates to log in using their credentials. The link has been activated from April 23, 2026, at 09:00 hours and will remain accessible until April 29, 2026, at 19:00 hours. During this period, candidates must provide complete information about subjects studied under their declared qualifications. RRBs stated that if a candidate fails to furnish subject details, eligibility will be determined solely on the basis of previously submitted application data, without further clarification. Once details are submitted, candidates can view and download revised eligibility status for the concerned posts.
Recruitment Scope and Key Timelines
The recruitment under CEN No. 07/2024 involves 1036 vacancies across ministerial and isolated categories, including teaching and technical roles. The application process had commenced on January 07, 2025, and concluded on February 28, 2025. Fee payment was accepted until March 01, 2025, followed by a correction window from March 03 to March 12, 2025. The examination date is scheduled as per the recruitment calendar, with admit cards to be released ahead of the test. Application fees were set at Rs 500 for General, OBC and EWS candidates, and Rs 250 for SC and ST candidates, with partial refunds applicable after appearing in Stage I examination.

RRBs have clarified that the qualification update opportunity is a one-time provision, and no further requests will be entertained.
