The board has announced that the theory examinations for Class 12 will commence on February 17, 2026, while the Class 10 exams will begin on March 6, 2026. All examinations, including those for Open School candidates, will be conducted in a single morning shift from 11:00 AM to 2:15 PM. For a few vocational and physical education subjects, the duration is from 11:00 AM to 1:15 PM.

The Class 10 theory exams will span from March to April 2026. The schedule kicks off with Social Science on March 6. Key subject dates include Punjabi and Punjab History & Culture on March 9, English on March 11, Hindi/Urdu on March 13, Science on March 16, and Mathematics on March 24. The exams will conclude with Health and Physical Education on April 1, 2026.
The date sheet also comprehensively includes a wide array of National Skills Qualification Framework (NSQF) vocational subjects such as Retail, Automotive, Healthcare, IT, and Agriculture, scheduled primarily for March 17.
PSEB Class 12 Date Sheet Overview
For Class 12 students, the theory exams start with Home Science on February 17, 2026. Major streams are well-represented with subjects like Sociology (Feb 18), Psychology (Feb 19), Business Studies (Feb 20), Economics (Feb 25), Accountancy (Feb 27), and Computer Applications (March 6).
Science students will appear for Biology on February 26, Physics on March 30, and Chemistry on April 4. Arts and commerce subjects are spread across February, March, and early April. The board has also scheduled numerous vocational courses throughout the period, with the final theory exams for NSQF trades and other subjects slated for April 4, 2026.
