The administration and police in Mohali district have completed last-minute preparations and security checks for the NEET-UG 2026 examination, scheduled for June 21 at eight designated centres. Exam Centres and Timings
The examination will be held from 2:00 PM to 5:15 PM at eight centres: Schools of Eminence in Phase 11, 3B1 in Mohali and Kharar; PM SHRI Government Senior Secondary Schools at Sahauran and Desu Majra; Kendriya Vidyalaya in Sector 80, Mohali; Kendriya Vidyalaya in K-Area, Zirakpur; and PM SHRI Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya in Rakoli. Candidates have been advised to report to their respective centres between 11:00 AM and 1:30 PM to allow time for security checks, document verification, and other pre-examination formalities.
Security and Surveillance Measures
Eight observers have been appointed to monitor the conduct of the examination and ensure compliance with the guidelines issued by the National Testing Agency (NTA). CCTV cameras have been installed at all examination centres to strengthen surveillance and security. The candidates and their parents have been urged to reach the centres well in advance and strictly adhere to the NTA guidelines.
