Candidates appearing for the NEET re-test have reported difficulties in downloading their admit cards from the official website. The National Testing Agency (NTA) has acknowledged these issues and issued a statement addressing the problem.
NTA's Official Response
The NTA stated that due to heavy traffic on the portal, some candidates may have faced temporary glitches. The agency assured that the issue has been resolved and advised candidates to try downloading again. They also recommended using a stable internet connection and clearing browser cache if problems persist.
Steps to Download Admit Card
To download the admit card, candidates should visit the official NTA website, click on the NEET re-test link, enter their application number and date of birth, and submit. The admit card will be displayed, which can then be downloaded and printed.
Candidates are advised to check for any errors on the admit card, such as name, photo, or signature discrepancies, and contact the NTA helpline immediately for corrections.
The NEET re-test is scheduled for June 20, 2026, for candidates affected by irregularities in the original exam. The NTA has urged all candidates to carry a printed copy of the admit card along with a valid photo ID to the exam center.
