The Chhattisgarh Board of Secondary Education (CGBSE) has officially announced the results for Class 10 and Class 12 examinations for the year 2026. Early trends once again highlight a familiar pattern: female students have outperformed their male counterparts across both examinations.
This year's results continue a multi-year trend where girls have consistently maintained a lead in pass percentages. In Class 12, the gender-wise performance reveals that girls achieved a pass percentage of 86.04%, while boys recorded 78.86%. This gap is consistent with previous years. In 2025, girls had a pass percentage of 84.67% compared to 78.07% for boys. Similarly, in 2024, girls stood at 83.72% while boys were at 76.91%, reflecting a steady and notable difference between the two groups.
For Class 10, the trend is equally pronounced. Girls achieved a pass percentage of 81.03%, significantly higher than boys at 72.27%. In 2025, the pass percentage for girls was 80.70%, compared to 71.39% for boys. In 2024, girls led with 79.35% while boys recorded 71.12%, maintaining the same upward advantage.
