The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) officially declared the Class X results on Wednesday, bringing an end to the anxious anticipation for thousands of students across the country. This significant academic milestone was met with widespread celebration, particularly in Ahmedabad, where students demonstrated exceptional performance.

Overall Performance and Gender Comparison

In the Ahmedabad region, a total of 45,107 students appeared for the CBSE Class X examinations. This cohort included 19,146 girls and 25,961 boys. The region achieved an impressive overall pass percentage of 96.6%, reflecting the dedication and hard work of the student community.

Continuing a consistent trend, girls outperformed boys in the results. The pass percentage for girls stood at 97.53%, while boys achieved 96.61%. This resulted in a performance gap of 0.92% in favor of girls. It is noteworthy that this margin has decreased compared to the previous year, where the difference was 1.62%.

Top Performers and School Highlights

The day was especially momentous for Amolik Pandita from DAV School, who achieved a perfect score of 100%. Expressing his elation and gratitude, Pandita shared, "The result was what I had aimed for, and I am grateful. I had doubts over English and Social Science scores, but they turned out good."

Numerous schools in Ahmedabad celebrated 100% results and a high number of distinctions. Delhi Public School in Bopal reported outstanding outcomes, with 234 out of 542 students scoring above 90%. Nishchay Sinha and Nandan Seksaria led their batch with scores of 99.4%, closely followed by Ayush Singh at 99.2%.

At Maharaja Agrasen Vidyalaya, 24 students scored above 90%, with Labh Patel topping the school at 98.4% and Priyal Prajapati securing 96%. St Kabir School saw 100 of its 227 students achieve above 90%, with Meet Shah emerging as the topper with 99.2%.

Divine Child International School in Adalaj celebrated Srijan Shrivastava as the topper with 97.6%, followed by Snehal Chhimpa at 97%. Out of 101 students, five scored above 95%. Prakash School's topper was Dhyani Doshi with 97.6%, and Yashvi Patel followed with 96.8%. Udgam School For Children had 491 students appear, with 45 scoring above 95%.
