The Board of Secondary Education, Assam (SEBA) has announced the HSLC compartmental result 2026 today, June 23, 2026. Students who appeared for the compartmental examination can now check their results on the official website sebaonline.org. The overall pass percentage this year stands at 52.63%.

Candidates can follow these steps to view their results: Visit the official website sebaonline.org. Click on the link titled 'HSLC Compartmental Result 2026'. Enter your roll number and other required credentials. The result will be displayed on the screen. Download and take a printout for future reference.

Pass Percentage and Statistics

According to SEBA officials, a total of 1,25,000 students registered for the compartmental examination, out of which 65,787 students have successfully cleared the exam. The pass percentage is 52.63%, which is slightly lower than the previous year's 54.12%. Among the passed students, 28,456 are boys and 37,331 are girls, indicating a higher success rate among female candidates.

District-Wise Performance

Several districts have shown notable performance. The top five districts by pass percentage are: Kamrup (Metro) with 68.45%, Jorhat with 65.23%, Dibrugarh with 63.78%, Tinsukia with 61.54%, and Nagaon with 59.87%. The lowest performing districts include Dhemaji with 38.21% and Goalpara with 41.09%.

What After the Result?

Students who have passed the compartmental exam can now proceed with their higher secondary admissions. Those who did not clear the exam can apply for the next compartmental examination scheduled for September 2026. SEBA has also announced that the mark sheets will be dispatched to respective schools within a week.

SEBA Chairman Dr. Ramesh Chandra Nath said, "We congratulate all successful students. The compartmental exam provides a second chance for students to improve their scores. We advise students to focus on their weak areas for future exams."
