AP SSC Result 2026 Date Announcement Expected Tomorrow

The Board of Secondary Education Andhra Pradesh (BSEAP) is expected to announce the declaration date for the AP SSC result 2026 on April 28 after 8:30 pm, according to sources close to the result processing developments.

Official Announcement Expected Soon

The upcoming announcement will only specify the date and timing of the result release, not the results themselves. The Class 10 results are not scheduled for release on April 28. This update comes amid ongoing uncertainty regarding the AP SSC result schedule, following the School Education Department's rejection of earlier claims about an April 27 declaration, which were termed false and misleading. Officials have reiterated that only an authorized announcement will confirm when students can access their marks memos.

A board official, speaking on condition of anonymity, stated that the results will not be declared before April 30, 2026, and the result date is likely to be announced after 8:30 pm on April 28, as reported to TNN.

Students Await Official Word on Declaration Schedule

More than 6.40 lakh candidates are awaiting the next official update from BSEAP. This year, a total of 6,40,916 students appeared for the examinations, comprising 6,22,074 regular candidates and 18,842 private candidates. The cohort included 3,28,652 boys and 3,12,264 girls.

The AP SSC examinations were conducted from March 16 to April 1, 2026. Once the result date is formally announced, students are expected to be able to check their scorecards through the official website bse.ap.gov.in and related result portals using their hall ticket credentials.

Officials have cautioned students and parents against relying on speculative reports regarding the result timeline. District education authorities have been instructed to prevent the spread of false information through WhatsApp groups and other online channels.

Pass Criteria and Marks Memo Process Remain Unchanged

To qualify in the AP SSC examinations, students must secure a minimum of 35 percent in each subject, including theory and practical components separately where applicable. Candidates who do not meet the minimum requirement will be eligible for supplementary examinations after the main results are declared.

After the result release, students will be able to download provisional marks memos online. The digital document will include subject-wise marks, grades, GPA, and qualification status. Original certificates will be issued later through schools.

Alternative access routes, including DigiLocker, the Mana Mitra WhatsApp service, and the LEAP mobile application, are also expected to be available once results are published.

Previous Year Figures Remain in Focus

Last year, the AP SSC pass percentage stood at 81.14 percent, with 4,98,585 students passing out of 6,14,459 candidates. Girls recorded a pass percentage of 84.09 percent compared to 78.31 percent for boys, while Parvathipuram Manyam district registered the highest performance at 93.90 percent.

A total of 1,680 schools achieved 100 percent results in the previous cycle. Broader pass percentage trends showed 81.41 percent in 2025, compared to 86.69 percent in 2024, 72.26 percent in 2023, and 64.02 percent in 2022.

Alongside the expected announcement tomorrow evening on the result date, students continue to await confirmation on when the AP SSC 2026 results themselves will be declared.
