Class 10 Science Paper Praised for Simplicity
Students who sat for the Class 10 science exam reported that the paper was "easier than expected", with many completing it well ahead of the allotted time. Educators highlighted that the question format, including objective questions, true-or-false items, matching pairs, diagrams, and short-answer sections, was straightforward and devoid of confusing elements.
Science teacher Alkesh Thakkar noted that the paper's clarity allowed even minimally prepared students to comfortably target scores between 40 and 50 marks, while high achievers have a clear path to achieving a perfect score. Class 12 Chemistry Exam Proves Challenging

Many students reported being unable to finish the MCQ section within the stipulated time, indicating a higher level of difficulty than anticipated.
Meanwhile, commerce stream students experienced a smoother day, with an easy business administration paper that did not present similar hurdles. This disparity underscores the varying demands across different academic streams during the board exams.
Medical Emergency Disrupts Exam in Naroda
The exam day was also marked by a distressing incident in Naroda, where a Class 10 student at Maharshi Sandipani School was forced to discontinue his test due to a medical emergency. The student suffered severe abdominal pain, suspected to be appendicitis, and was provided immediate first aid on-site. However, he was unable to continue writing the paper, highlighting the unpredictable challenges that can arise during high-stakes examinations.
