The workforce will now be organized into two primary categories: payroll workers and Business Partner Workers (BPW). Notably, a new sub-category, BPW-R, has been established specifically for raiyats, or land owners. This innovative category is designed to incorporate the 102 affected workers who were planning the protest, along with approximately 2,300 existing raiyat workers already engaged in various capacities at the plant.
