Punjab Investors' Summit Spotlights Advanced Vehicle Innovations

The Progressive Punjab Investors' Summit, held in Chandigarh, served as a dynamic platform to showcase the state's burgeoning prowess in cutting-edge vehicle manufacturing. The exhibition floor was abuzz with a diverse array of innovations, drawing significant attention from attendees and industry experts alike.

Electric and Amphibious Vehicles Take Center Stage

Among the standout exhibits were 18 HP electric tractors, which highlighted Punjab's commitment to sustainable agricultural solutions. These tractors are designed to reduce carbon emissions and operational costs for farmers, aligning with global trends towards eco-friendly farming practices.

Equally impressive were the amphibious all-terrain vehicles, which garnered particular interest for their practical applications in disaster management. These vehicles proved instrumental during last year's devastating floods, where they were deployed for rescue operations, navigating submerged areas with ease and saving countless lives.

Specialised Emergency-Response Vehicles on Display

The summit also featured the SMV N1200 ATOR ambulance variant, underscoring Punjab's growing capabilities in specialised and emergency-response vehicle manufacturing. This specialised mobility vehicle is engineered to enhance mobility, improve operational efficiency, and ensure safety across diverse and challenging environments.

Key features of the ATOR ambulance include:

  • Seamless transition between land and water operations
  • Ability to break through ice in extreme conditions
  • Navigation of rugged and uneven terrain

Equipped with critical-care features, the ambulance is designed to provide life-saving support in remote or disaster-stricken areas. It includes a multi-parameter monitor for real-time patient vitals, a foldable scoop stretcher for efficient patient transport, and a pneumatic transport ventilator to ensure respiratory support during emergencies.

This exhibition not only highlighted Punjab's technological advancements but also positioned the state as a key player in the global market for specialised vehicles, with a focus on innovation, sustainability, and emergency preparedness.
