Kanpur to Host Major MSME Conclave and Regional Trade Show from March 27-29
Chandra Shekhar Azad University of Agriculture and Technology in Kanpur is set to host a significant three-day Micro, Small and Medium Entrepreneurship Conclave and Regional Trade Show from March 27 to 29, as announced by Dr. Kaushal Kumar, the dean of the faculty of agriculture. This event aims to foster entrepreneurship and showcase regional products and innovations.
Event Organization and Leadership
The conclave and trade show will be organized under the joint aegis of the university, the UP Trade Promotion Authority, and the Directorate of Industries and Enterprise Promotion, Uttar Pradesh. It will be held under the leadership of the university's vice-chancellor, K. Vijayendra Pandiyan, ensuring strong institutional support and guidance.

According to Dr. Khalil Khan, the CSA media in-charge, the event will feature a diverse range of stalls, including:
- 35 agritech business models showcasing technological innovations in agriculture.
- 35 CM Yuva Industries stalls highlighting youth-led entrepreneurial ventures.
- 35 ODOP and ODOC products promoting One District One Product and One District One Crop initiatives.
- 35 textile and handloom stalls displaying traditional and modern fabric crafts.
- 10 government banking and stakeholder stalls providing financial and support services.
This extensive setup is designed to offer a comprehensive platform for networking, business opportunities, and knowledge exchange among entrepreneurs, investors, and the public.
