NEW DELHI: Adani Airport Holdings Ltd (AAHL) has forged a strategic partnership with leading hospitality player IHG Hotels & Resorts to develop five hotels featuring approximately 1,500 keys across key Indian cities. The properties will be located in Jaipur, Mangaluru, Thiruvananthapuram, and the Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR). AAHL, which operates airports in these locations, has indicated that discussions are ongoing with IHG to further deepen and expand this collaboration.
Portfolio Details and Brand Mix
The portfolio includes a Kimpton hotel in Jaipur, along with Holiday Inn and Holiday Inn Express hotels situated within upcoming hospitality-led mixed-use developments as part of the Adani Airport cities. Beyond Jaipur, these hotels are planned across Navi Mumbai, Mangaluru, and Thiruvananthapuram. This marks the debut of Kimpton Hotels & Restaurants in India, a brand known for its luxury and boutique offerings.
