ACME Solar Holdings Posts Robust Q3 Performance with Profit Growth and Revenue Surge

ACME Solar Holdings Ltd, a prominent integrated renewable energy company, has reported a consolidated net profit of ₹114 crore for the third quarter of the financial year 2025-26, marking a 1.5 per cent increase compared to the same period in the previous year. This financial uptick is primarily driven by higher revenues, as disclosed in an exchange filing on Thursday.

Financial Highlights and Operational Metrics

In the October-December quarter, ACME Solar's total revenues witnessed a significant surge, rising by 53.9 per cent to ₹617 crore from ₹401 crore in the corresponding quarter of the preceding financial year. Operationally, the company generated 1,567 million units (MUs) of power during the quarter, representing a 49 per cent growth over Q3 FY25. This boost in power generation was fueled by an improved Capacity Utilization Factor (CUF), which rose to 24.3 per cent from 22.7 per cent in the year-ago period. Additionally, plant availability and grid availability stood at impressive rates of 99.6 per cent and 99.8 per cent, respectively, for the quarter.

Furthermore, ACME Solar secured a 130 MW round-the-clock (RTC) project, enhancing its market position in the renewable energy sector.

To support its growth initiatives, the company secured a debt tie-up of ₹4,725 crore from leading Indian financial institutions, including Power Finance Corporation Ltd (PFC Ltd). This funding is aimed at financing renewable energy projects and optimizing the capital structure by reducing financing costs.
