A meeting to review preparations for the 28th convocation ceremony of Chandrashekhar Azad University of Agriculture and Technology, scheduled for July 10, was held on Friday. The meeting was chaired by Vice-Chancellor Dr. Sanjeev Gupta.
During the meeting, it was decided that the committee formed for the 27th convocation would be entrusted with organizing the upcoming event as well. However, a consensus was reached to include some new members in the committee to ensure a smooth and efficient process.
The meeting also emphasized the importance of completing examination evaluation work promptly and declaring results at the earliest opportunity. This step is crucial to ensure that students can participate in the convocation ceremony without any delays.
Finance Controller Sanjay Rai attended the meeting, along with all deans, heads of departments, and professors of the university. The collective effort aims to make the 28th convocation a grand success.
