During the court hearing, Shehorn testified, detailing the encounter with Pasqual. She stated in her testimony: 'I locked the door and he just started punching holes in that door and broke that open. I just ran into the bathroom because I thought there was another lock on that door.'

The incident occurred in 2024, with prosecutors stating that Pasqual broke into Allie Shehorn's home.
