The media and cultural council contingent of the Students' Gymkhana at the Indian Institute of Technology Kanpur has emerged as the overall champion at the Inter IIT Cultural Meet 8.0. The students demonstrated exceptional creativity, dedication, teamwork, and talent across a diverse array of events, earning top honors in multiple categories.
Gold Medals and Top Honors
The contingent secured gold in several prestigious cups, including the speaking arts cup, theatre arts cup, digital arts cup, photography cup, fashion cup, and culinary arts cup. In addition, the team achieved silver medals in the dance arts cup and musical arts cup.
Individual Achievements
Participants also brought home gold medals in various individual and group events. These included Hindi story writing, Hindi slam poetry, Asian parliamentary debate, group dance, and street photography, among others.
