Important Instructions for Students and Schools

Before distributing the admit cards, schools must ensure that each hall ticket carries the signature and official stamp of the principal or headmaster. MSBSHSE has also clarified that hall tickets will be available only for examination forms that show a "Paid" status. Similarly, candidates whose fee status is updated later can access their hall tickets through the "Late Paid Status Admit Card" option.

If a student's photograph on the hall ticket is unclear or damaged, the school should attach a recent photograph and get it attested with the principal's signature and official seal. In case a hall ticket is lost, schools may issue a fresh printout marked as "Duplicate" in red ink for the candidate's use during the examination.
