The Uttar Pradesh Real Estate Regulatory Authority (UPRERA) has given its nod to 13 new residential and commercial projects, entailing a cumulative estimated investment of Rs 3,052.73 crore. These projects are spread across eight districts of the state and are expected to generate approximately 4,772 housing and commercial units.
District-Wise Breakdown
Ghaziabad accounted for the highest number of approved projects, investment value, and units. Four projects worth Rs 1,936.72 crore, including three commercial and one residential project, were cleared in the district, involving the development of 2,199 units.
Gautam Budh Nagar ranked second with approval for one commercial project worth Rs 420.50 crore, comprising 855 commercial units. In Agra, two residential projects worth Rs 246.94 crore received approval and will add 797 residential units.
Lucknow also received approval for two residential projects involving Rs 216.14 crore and 364 units. Other districts where projects were approved include Mathura, Varanasi, Prayagraj, and Barabanki. These projects include both residential and commercial developments.

Chairman Sanjay Bhoosreddy said, “The projects cleared regulatory requirements before receiving approval.”
